Appstream Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Appstream! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Appstream, a video streaming service available through our mobile app and website ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Access & Usage

• Subscribers can access video content on Appstream's platform during the active subscription period.
• Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without prior notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection to stream content. Data charges from your network provider may apply.

4. Account & Security

• You must provide accurate details, including your phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Some content or features may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, renewal terms and any free trial are shown to you before you subscribe.
• Unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed by Google Play and can be cancelled at any time from the Subscriptions section of the Google Play Store app. Subscriptions purchased through another billing partner, such as your mobile operator, are billed by that partner and can be cancelled using the method provided at the time of purchase.
• When you cancel, you will not be charged again and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled under the refund policy of the platform or partner you paid through (for Google Play purchases, Google Play's refund policy), except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Content & Restrictions

• Content is for personal and non-commercial use only.
• You may not download, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content.
• Any violation of content usage policies may result in termination of your access.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to bypass security or access controls, reverse engineer the app, or use bots or automated tools to access the Service.
• You may not interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' use of it.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, the app and all content are owned by Appstream or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service in line with these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or open third-party websites, offers and services. These are governed by the third party's own terms and privacy policies, and Appstream is not responsible for them.

10. Service Availability

• Appstream aims to provide an uninterrupted experience but does not guarantee error-free or continuous service.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.
• You may stop using the Service at any time. To stop future charges, cancel your subscription as described in section 5. To delete your data, see Delete your Appstream data.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, Appstream is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Changes to Terms

• Appstream reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be communicated via the platform, and continued use implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
