• The subscription fee is non-refundable and is payable in advance.
• The subscription does not auto-renew. You must manually renew after the expiry of your subscription period.

• Subscribers can access video content on Appstream’s platform during the active subscription period.
• Content availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection to stream content.

4. Account & Security

• Users must register with accurate details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Sharing login credentials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Content & Restrictions

• Content is for personal and non-commercial use only.
• You may not download, copy, modify, distribute, or resell any content.
• Any violation of content usage policies may result in termination of your access.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors.
• Appstream does not provide refunds or credits for unused subscription periods.

7. Service Availability

• Appstream aims to provide an uninterrupted experience but does not guarantee error-free or continuous service.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms & Pricing

• Appstream reserves the right to modify these Terms or subscription pricing at any time.

• Appstream is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from service use.
